Exhale Counselling will help you find relief and healing through the use of breath, touch, gentle yoga movements, and the use of energy medicine.

 
 

An empowering new beginning

Lydia Rozental will no longer exclusively provide talk therapy. The practice is geared towards working holistically with the body and spirit. Lydia has practiced yoga and meditation for close to 30 years has provided yoga therapy for the last 14 years.

The mind will be delegated a less important role. Conversations will become a means of understanding and integrating the body-energy-spirit healing.

Individuals, couples, family members and possibly small groups who are interested in pursuing this direction are encouraged to contact me. I will not provide CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).

I am also accepting dedicated yoga practitioners who would like to deepen their practice.
